  • Are the product colour swatches accurate?
  • Every effort has been made to ensure the colour swatches are as realistic as possible. These are a helpful shopping guide, however the shades may vary depending on the device you are using to view the site.
  • Can I buy gift vouchers online?
  • Yes, you can, and these vouchers can be used for online purchases with Beauty Bohemia. They are sent immediately to your nominated email address for a fast gift.
  • Does the product price include GST?
  • Yes, the price of all products advertised on our website includes GST. For overseas shoppers, GST is automatically removed from your shopping cart total when you selected your shipping region.
  • How do I search for products in the online store?
  • Start by using the navigation menu at the top of the website and click SHOP. You can choose to shop by brand or category (such as Concrete Minerals or Lipsticks). You can use the sub-categories to fine tune your search.  You can also use the search box, located on the top right hand corner of every page. Enter a keyword, brand or description and click 'Search'.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
  • After you've submitted your order, you can't change or cancel it. You can, however, choose to return your order after you've received it subject to terms and conditions. Please read our Returns & Exchange policy for further details.
  • Can I send my order as a gift?
  • Yes, you can send your order to somebody else. A packing list, which does not include the order’s dollar value, will be included in your parcel. The tax invoice will be emailed directly to you.
  • How do I place my first order online?
  • It's so easy! As you browse the site for products, click 'Add to basket'. When you are ready, select the 'Checkout' button located on the top of every page and follow the instructions to complete your order.?
  • How will I know if my online order has been completed successfully?
  • You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email (don’t forget to check your 'Junk' folder!!), or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please contact us.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
  • No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.
  • Can I layby Beauty Bohemia products?
  • No, we don't offer a layby facility instore or online at this stage. We do, however, have a wishlist facility. 
  • What is the CCV on a credit/debit card?
  • It is the 3 digit code located on the back of your credit card, above the signature box and next to the 16 digit credit card number. For American Express, it is the 4 digit code printed on the front of the card just above and to the right of your credit card number.
  • What payment methods can I use for online purchases?
  • You can use PayPal (which is safe & flexible, allowing you to use your PayPal balance, VISA, MasterCard or or bank account to purchase from our online store. You can also make payment directly into our bank account and you'll receive banking details on your Tax Invoice. You can also pay with Bitcoin. 
  • Will I get a tax invoice for an online purchase?
  • Yes. You will be emailed a tax invoice as soon as you complete your online order.
  • How do I get my brand in your store?
  • We are always looking for new additions to our lineup of great indie brands. Please use the contact form to send us a message. we'd love to hear from you. Preference is given to well established brands with good TATs and reasonable wholesale discounts.
